How does it work
Select your preferred option from the portrait menu. You’ll need to send through photo/s that you want to use and think if there are any other special elements that you’d like Sarah to capture. Please be as specific and as detailed as possible. Sarah then sends you a pencil sketch to check, once you approve this we will move onto colour and it is harder to make revisions. Any additional rounds of changes can be made, but they will be at an additional cost, its much harder to make changes once the colour has been added. If approved at pencil sketch, a redraw is not possible, so Sarah really asks that you are happy at pencil stage.
Your illustration will be sent express post within Australia and registered international post overseas. A4 packages are boxed in Sarah Darby branded boxes. A3 are sent in thick card and a waterproof cellophane cover. A digital file is available at an additional cost at your request.
If you have a deadline in mind, (like a birthday or travel departure date) it's best to mention that straight away. Sarah does everything she can to meet everyone’s needs. If you are happy to plan ahead, it's helpful to have 3 weeks notice in Australia and 4 weeks from US and Europe but if you need something urgently, please email info@sarahdarby.com.au and we will see if we can help. Sarah does everything she can to adjust the queue to suit as many deadlines as possible. Can I do something different to what you have online?
Absolutely, Sarah will happily support you in creating a piece that is perfect for you. Reach out for a chat and a personal quote, email info@sarahdarby.com.au
