Sarah loved drawing as a child, but her head told her to follow an academic path to university and through to corporate life. It wasn't until she had kids that she took the opportunity to stop, and follow her heart. Age 34, she started sketching where she could to gain experience, took classes and rapidly built a business that sees her illustrate at high profile events, private clients overseas and from her studio inbetween.
Sarah soon realised that behind the illustration was a much greater joy. Her clients wanted her to capture their special moment forever in a sketch. Whether it's a wedding day or a fabulous dress at Spring Racing. Everyone was seeking a way to make someone feel special and show someone that they care. Sarah sees every sketch as a way to create that moment and being part of that is what she loves most.
Named one of Harper’s Bazaar’s Australian Fashion Illustrators to follow in 2017, Sarah’s creations for private clients caught the eye of major fashion and lifestyle brands both in Australia & overseas. The likes of Max Mara, Moet & Chandon, Yering Station, Catalina Sounds, Melbourne Racing Club, Rolls Royce and Ferrari have all called on Sarah to articulate their vision.
Sarah is now developing a range of illustrated products drawing on her own memories to support that message of sending love and treasuring the moments that we share together.
